Service Guarantee & Refund Eligibility

We stand by the work we perform. If you experience an issue related to the service provided, you may be eligible for a re-inspection, correction, or refund within 15 days of the original service date.

Refunds or service corrections may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The issue reported is directly related to the service performed by our team.
  • The vehicle has not been altered, misused, or repaired by another provider since our service.
  • The request is made within 15 days of the original service.

How to Request a Refund or Re-Service

Please contact us with the following information:

Include:

  1. Your full name and contact info
  2. Service date and type of service performed
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Photos, invoices, or diagnostic reports (if available)

Refund Review & Processing

Once your request is received, we will:

  1. Inspect the vehicle (if applicable) or review documentation
  2. Notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days
  3. If approved, process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Issues unrelated to the service we performed
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party repair attempts
  • Requests made after 15 days of service
  • Non-refundable items such as diagnostic fees (unless a clear service error is found)
